VEB250 SDIO Host Controller Interface Chip
For embedded and external applications
The VEB250 has been designed for applications that require a very high speed interface, including:
- PC Motherboards
- ExpressCards
- Embedded PC
- UMPC
- Custom systems
providing a bridge between the system bus and SDIO, SPI and MMC. The VEB252 device is also capable of interfacing to the parallel modem bus interface, ideal for very high speed connection to modem chipsets for 3G, 4G and WiMAX applications.
As well as high data rates, the devices offers a small PCB footprint and low pin count, and minimal power consumption.
