Our bridge chips help our customers to add new interfaces to their products. This could be via an new host interface - for example adding SD connectivity to a mobile PC - or by creating a new peripheral device such as an ExpressCard or SDIO card.
Our experience of working with PC interface goes back more than ten years, when we worked with PCMCIA and ISA, and although our current development projects are more likely to involve SDIO, USB and PCI Express one feature remains: because we make finished products ourselves, and use our own silicon when ever we can, we really understand the technologies that we work with.
